Kurt is a British multi-disciplinary UI/UX designer of thought-provoking, cultural and useful things. An experimental concept designer by background and proud hat wearer in the foreground.

Kurt is a designer, founder, mentor, speaker, musician, and inventor. He founded UKFusion Media, Rootnotion, Rassa and NAVA. These businesses have invited him into a world full of creative perspectives, challenges, and opportunities.

Kurt strolled into the design universe at the age of 14 after discovering he could design interfaces for his gaming clan’s forum. This path would lead him into the world of experimental conceptual design, interface design and HTML.

At the University of Brighton, Kurt’s journey started down the route of Architecture. Three months in, he realised that the realm of digital media design was where his heart was. Kurt would go on to explore new forms of media such as videography, music production and post-production editing before graduating with a 2:1 in 2013.

Peppered throughout the British press, you can find Kurt talking about his journey from design to business. He featured on BBC Radio 1Xtra interviewed by seasoned DJ, Jamz Supernova, talking about his working journey into the startup life. He was mentioned in two separate articles by the Evening Standard who covered 5 tips on creating a startup and the cultural influence on his career in London. Carrying on the theme of culture and diversity in tech,  OneTech covered his story of being a minority in the startup landscape.

Towards the end of 2019, BBC published a story on starting a business with your friends and raising money with a company valuation of over 1M+.
